This is an extremely well-researched guide book on the Southern Berkshires. This book is unique in that it has many of the lesser known hiking areas in this region. The introductory overview is informative and gives you all the necessary information you need to navigate the book. An excellent resource for those visiting the Berkshires (or those already here) and looking to adventure into the outdoors and see what's so special about the Berkshires.
